Since 1990, ENSEA has strengthened its research activities. The Statistical Capacity Building Program is a response to the need to meet the challenges of providing accurate and reliable statistics in Africa and mobilizing financial partners. In 2019, ILO Convention No. 190 was adopted to provide a framework for eliminating violence and harassment in the workplace. The work carried out shows that many workers are exposed to various forms of harassment, exacerbated by gender dynamics, power hierarchies, and even cultural practices.
