The role of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department is to:
- to propose a budget policy in line with the school’s project and objectives, and to ensure that it is implemented
- proposing management dialogue procedures and ensuring their implementation;
- managing the financial function within the company;
- providing financial expertise and advice;
- organiser et assurer le contrôle interne : budgétaire, financier et comptable;
- managing the financial information system;
- coordinating operational activities linked to the financial business.

The Accounting Department is responsible for keeping and monitoring budgetary accounts and general and analytical accounts. It prepares the regulatory accounting documents.
Generally speaking, this department is responsible for controlling and verifying the commitments of budgetary operations; entering and processing the accounts; year-end work; drawing up summary statements (balance sheet, P.C.C., management balances, cash flow statement, etc.); and preparing the annual financial report.
The IT Department is responsible for :
- Drawing up and monitoring projects in accordance with the IT Development Plan;
- Ensuring the smooth running of IT and telephone networks;
- Design and develop computer applications to improve the work of administrative staff, teachers and students;
- Maintain the IT equipment and train and assist staff in the use of IT.
The Registrar’s Office is responsible for registering and re-registering students at the beginning of the school year. It is also responsible for organising the ENSEA entrance exam period and providing all the necessary information to students wishing to sit the exam.
The aim of the ENSEA communications department is to promote and publicise, both internally and externally, all of the school’s activities and to ensure that information is disseminated to staff, students and anyone else wishing to obtain information about ENSEA. He/she proposes, steers and coordinates the overall communication strategy in conjunction with the General Management.
The ENSEA library is a source of information and documentation for all student needs in terms of statistics, economics and research. There are even old classwork and tutorial subjects to help them prepare for their various assessments.
The Health Service is run by a renowned general practitioner who provides medical advice and prescriptions in the event of a health emergency.
The ENSEA Continuing Education Department is the continuing education arm of the École Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée, a public higher education establishment. The Continuing Education Department makes its expertise available to companies and public services by providing much more than just knowledge. ENSEA-FC delivers demanding, high-quality training using innovative scientific content and first-rate trainers who are always experts in their field.
The Reprographics Department is responsible for reproducing paper documents identically on a physical medium.
The concierge service is responsible for the premises of the ENSEA halls of residence.
