The role of the Steering Committee (SC) is to:
The PC is responsible for all project activities. It is responsible for actions such as validating modifications to partnership agreements, changing strategies, scheduling project activities, and monitoring and evaluating project performance. The Steering Committee comprises 8 members (see Table 4), 3 of whom are appointed intuitu personae. Other members include the Director of the Groupe des Écoles Nationales d’Économie et Statistique (GENES1) and the Directors of the partner institutions. The Steering Committee will be chaired by Mr Pali Lehola. The Director of ENSEA will act as secretary. The Steering Committee will meet statutorily twice (2) a year. The Chairman of the Steering Committee may convene extraordinary meetings. Such meetings may be held in person, by teleconference or by videoconference, in order to minimize costs.
